Terms of Service

These terms govern the exterior cleaning services provided by Surface Renewal Solutions ("we", "us", "our") and your use of this website. By requesting an estimate, booking work, or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote reflects the property and its condition as described or inspected at the time. If conditions turn out to be materially different once we are on site, we will tell you and re-quote before doing the work — we will not add charges after the fact without your agreement.

2. Scheduling and weather

Exterior cleaning depends on weather. We may reschedule for rain, high wind, or lightning risk, and we will contact you as early as we can when that happens. Rescheduling for weather is not a breach of these terms and does not entitle you to a discount or credit.

3. Property access and preparation

We need access to a working water supply and to the areas being cleaned. Before we arrive, please close windows and doors, move vehicles and loose items away from the work area, and secure pets. If we cannot access the property or the water supply at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule, and a repeat trip may be chargeable.

4. Condition of surfaces

We match the method to the surface and use low-pressure soft washing where high pressure would cause damage. Some surfaces arrive already damaged — failing sealant, loose mortar, oxidised paint, rotted wood, cracked tile, worn grout, damaged screens — and cleaning can reveal or worsen that damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, and we will point out anything we notice before we start.

5. Results

Deep staining, rust, etching, and permanent discolouration do not always come out completely. We will tell you honestly what we expect to achieve before you commit. Our satisfaction commitment covers work that falls short of what we told you to expect; it does not cover results that were disclosed as unachievable in advance.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed something else in writing. Prices quoted exclude applicable Florida sales tax where it applies.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge by telling us before the day of the appointment. We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can offer the slot to someone else.

8. Text messages and communications (SMS/MMS)

Program: By opting in to text messages from Surface Renewal Solutions, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages about your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival notifications, and job follow-ups. Marketing offers are sent only if you separately opt in to them.

Text messaging is optional and is never a condition of getting an estimate, purchasing services, or having work performed.

Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and account interactions (up to 10 messages per month). We do not send messages outside 8AM–8PM local time unless you text us first. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy: We will never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or opt-in data. How we protect your mobile information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers: Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Use of this website

The content of this website — text, images, and layout — is ours and is provided for information about our services. Please do not copy it for commercial use, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. Service descriptions, coverage areas, and indicative prices may change without notice; nothing on this site is a binding offer until we give you a written estimate.

10. Disclaimers

We perform our work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what these terms and our satisfaction commitment state, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties about the services, express or implied. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income or loss of use of the property. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Problems and claims

If something goes wrong, tell us within 7 days of the work so we can inspect it and put it right. Prompt notice matters — once a property has been exposed to further weather or other contractors, we may not be able to determine what caused the issue.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you request an estimate is the version that applies to that job.
